Introduction
NiShield Ni-60 is a water-soluble polymer nickel protective agent that provides excellent protection on the surface of nickel and nickel gold alloys. After NiShield Ni-60 coating, the 5% NSS performance and wear resistance are greatly improved. It can also be used as a lubricating agent for connectors.
Process
1. The process operation is simple. Immerse the workpiece parts in a working bath at 25℃, and a chemical reaction occurs to form an effective protective film.
2. Contact resistance and solderabilty have no negative effects.
3. Wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance are greatly improved.
4. The product has a very long bath life and very low operating costs.
5. The product has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance compared to other products on the market
Composition
NiShield Ni-60 is extremely easy to operate and can be used by dissolving in water.

Solution Replenishment
If the working solution is not used for a period of time, there may be trace amounts of oily substances on the surface of the solution. After stirring, it can be re-dissolved in water.
Solution Preparation
1. Clean the container
2. Add 75% volume of DI water and control the temperature at 25±10℃
3. Add NiShield Ni-60 and stir thoroughly
4. Add water to the required level and stir the working solution for at least 5 minutes
5. Adjust the working temperature to 25±10℃
